CML Microcircuits unveiled an I/Q modulator at the Electronica exhibition in Munich, Germany, adding to its family of RF integrated circuits. The new CMX993 is a highly integrated, general purpose, RF quadrature modulator, offering 100MHz to 1GHz operation and excellent wide-band noise performance. Additional features include gain control and uncommitted differential amplifiers.

The PULS XT power supply units are semi regulated AC/DC power supplies with a 3 phase input. Unit options allow for either 300- 460Vac or 360- 552Vac input ranges. All units are 960 Watts with single 24V, 36V, 48V or 72V outputs. Efficiency of the PULS XT power supplies is 96% and MTBF figures are greater than 500,000Hrs.

Anders Electronics has expanded its family of high-performance automotive grade, colour TFT displays with built-in LED backlights. Now available in screen sizes of 3.5-inch, 4.3-inch, 6.5-inch, 7-inch and 8-inch, the new displays are guaranteed to be available for ten years, in line with the long-term commitments demanded by Tier 1 car manufacturers.

Power Sources Unlimited has announced the GE-100 Series of general purpose, low cost, highly reliable 100W power supplies. Units have an 88-264VAC input range. The single output voltages are flexible, allowing for a +/-10% adjustment range and are tightly regulated to +/-0.5% for the 12VDC through 48VDC models.

Magic Power Technology has launched several new AC and DC input Fanless ATX Power supplies to extend the range further. The new products include 60W and 70W units in a 1u format for use in industrial and medical devices. At the show, representitives from the UK, France and Germany were introduced to the products by the CEO of Magic Power, Wesley Lin who had travelled to this show to meet with the sales and technical support staff in Europe.
