DC brush motor driver IC suits industrial equipment
A one-channel DC brush motor driver IC has been introduced by Toshiba Electronics Europe for use in industrial equipment supporting high current and voltage. The company has claimed that the TB67H303HG is the industry’s first monolithic IC to realise 10A output current and 50V withstand voltage.
600V super junction MOSFETs for PV inverters
Consisting of the TK31N60X, TK39N60X and TK62N60X, Toshiba has announced the introduction of the DTMOS IV-H series high-speed switching type super junction MOSFETs. The 600V MOSFETs are suitable for applications requiring high reliability, power efficiency and a compact design, such as high efficiency switching power supplies for servers and telecomms base stations and power conditioners for photovoltaic inverters.

At embedded world 2014, Toshiba Electronics Europe will exhibit a variety of application processors incorporating the IEEE802.11ac baseband standard for high-speed wireless LAN - and NAND flash memory. The TZ5000 series is suitable for applications including over-the-top tuners, IP media boxes, wearable devices, digital signage and thin clients.

Enabling smartphones and tablets to record full HD video at 240fps equivalent, the T4K82 is a 13MP BSI CMOS image sensor from Toshiba. This sensor incorporates ‘Bright Mode’ technology which boosts image brightness by up to four times, realising full HD video capture at that high frame rate, which the company claim to be the industry's highest.

This enables improved application performance and data-loss protection in the event of unexpected power loss.
