Fast-response, reinforced, isolated window comparator with adjustable threshold and latch function
The AMC23C12 is an isolated window comparator with a short response time. The open-drain output is separated from the input circuitry by an isolation barrier that is highly resistant to magnetic interference. This barrier is certified to provide reinforced galvanic isolation of up to 5 kVRMS according to VDE V 0884-11 and UL1577, and supports a working voltage of up to 1 kVPK.
17-VIN, 3-A low-noise and low-ripple buck converter with integrated ferrite bead filter compensation
The TPS6291x devices are a family of high-efficiency, low noise and low ripple current mode synchronous buck converters. The devices are ideal for noise sensitive applications that would normally use an LDO for post regulation such as high-speed ADCs, clock and jitter cleaner, serializer, de-serializer, and radar applications.
Texas Instruments breaks ground on 300-mm semiconductor wafer fabrication plants
Texas Instruments has broke ground on its new 300-mm semiconductor wafer fabrication plants (or “fabs”) in Sherman, Texas. In a ground-breaking ceremony attended by elected officials and community leaders, TI Chairman, President and CEO Rich Templeton celebrated the start of construction on the largest private-sector economic investment in Texas history and reiterated the company’s commitment to expanding its internal manufactur...
