Capable of operating from a 350 - 528VAC 3-phase input in a Delta or Wye configuration, the TPS3000-48 avoids the need for step down transformers that traditional 208/230Vac input power supplies require. In addition, phase current balancing is simplified.
504W quarter bricks offer exceptionally high true useable power
The introduction of the iQG series of 504W rated DC/DC converters, has been announced by TDK Coporation, further expanding its isolated DC/DC product portfolio. Packaged in the industry standard ¼ brick form factor, the iQG models offer exceptionally high true useable power, even in demanding thermal environments. Applications include a wide variety of data communications, telecommunications, and test and measurement equipment.
Output power supply simplifies system integration
TDK has announced the introduction of the 35W rated CUT35 power supplies, requiring no minimum loading to maintain tight regulation specifications. In addition, output 1 is electrically isolated from outputs 2 and 3 through the use of a two independent converter topology, enabling the product to also be configured for dual output. This flexibility makes it suitable for use in a wide range of process control, broadcast, test & measurement, and...
300W modules suitable for use in sealed outdoor enclosures
New, higher power models have been added to TDK's PH-A280 series of high voltage input DC/DC converters. Capable of operating from 200-425VDC, these 300W output power modules are suitable for use in data centres, telecommunications and renewable energy applications utilising a 380V nominal high voltage DC bus. The four new models are rated at 12V 25A, 24V 12.5A, 28V 10.8A and 48V 6.3A. This extends the existing 50-150W PH-A280 product range ...
Tiny LC filters suppress EMI
A LC filter for EMI suppression has been presented by TDK Corporation. With dimensions of 1.0x0.5x0.35mm the MEM1005PP251T filters are suited for use in smartphones and base stations. Volume production began in March 2017. The usual method for suppressing interference in the communication frequency bands of smartphones and other devices is to use capacitors or inductances, or a combination of these components.
Compact EMC filter rated at 50A
A 48VDC nominal EMC filter rated at 50A has been introduced by TDK Corporation. Enclosed in a compact metal case, the RDEN-048050 filter utilises stud terminals for ease of connection. Excluding the terminals, the filter measures 90x60x30mm.
