The new package format of the DFN series saves 53 % on PC board space compared to traditional 5-mm by 6-mm SOIC 8-lead packages.

The devices feature a low TCR of ± 2 ppm/°C typical from - 55 °C to + 155 °C, + 20 °C ref., tolerances from ± 0.01 %, and a load-life stability of ± 0.005 % (50 ppm) at + 70 °C for 2000 hours at rated power.
