The low noise LD15CHA, the newest addition to the Wavelength laser diode driver line, offers modulation bandwidth, and power for materials processing, industrial laser cutting, and laser diode bars / stacks. The small laser diode driver delivers 15A output current up to 28V. It meets laser compliance requirements from 3V with a single 5V supply, and upto 28V with an additional 30V power supply.

LG Innotek has increased the performance of its UV LEDs. At the UVB wavelength of 305nm, LASER COMPONENTS has offered LEDs that achieve 110mW from a single emitter. They are used in the 6060 single-chip series as well as the 6868 series, which features four diodes integrated into one housing. Together they deliver outputs of 300mW and more. LEDs with the same power levels are also available for the UVC wavelength 278nm.
