The XMC4000 Safety Package helps to develop TÜV-certified automation systems that conform with Safety Integrity Levels SIL2 and SIL3.

Renesas Electronics Europe has announced the availability of a secure connectivity solution for industrial automation applications that supports secure web access using standard internet protocols over a PROFINET communication. A demo of the solution will be showcased during the SPS IPC Drives fair in Nuremberg (24th-26th Nov) at the Renesas stand 445 in Hall 6.
