The expanded portfolio of core ICs for commercial AESAs from Anokiwave are now in stock at Richardson Electronics. Anokiwave has added two new devices to complete its family of X-band AESA core IC solutions for commercial radar and 5G communications markets. Each IC architecture in the family includes an integrated 4-channel beamformer, LNA and PA supporting 4 radiating elements.

A new X-band silicon quad-core integrated circuit from Anokiwave is available from Richardson Electronics. The highly-integrated AWS-0101 is intended for radar and 5G phased array applications. The device supports four radiating elements, single-beam transmit and dual-beam receive, and includes all requisite beam-steering controls for 6-bit phase and gain control.

A new K-band silicon SATCOM Rx quad-core integrated circuit from Anokiwave is now available from distributor Richardson Electronics. The highly-integrated AWS-0102 is intended for satellite communications applications. The device supports four dual-polarisation radiating elements with full programmable polarisation flexibility. It provides 22dB gain with a noise figure of 3.4dB.
