An automated compliance test solution for the NBASE-T specification and the emerging IEEE 802.3bz standard has been released by Tektronix. Based on the TekExpress framework for high-performance Tektronix oscilloscopes, the new application covers 2.5G, 5G and 10G data rates in a single solution making it easy to quickly test devices incorporating multiple speeds.
20GHz probes improve access to tight test locations
The P7700 series of TriModeprobes are for use with Tektronix performance oscilloscopes. The solution consists of SignalCorrect software and the TSC70902 calibration source and works with the Tektronix DPO/MSO70000 real-time oscilloscope.
