LinACE absolute InAxis linear shaft encoders
LinACE is a heavy-duty absolute linear encoder that is designed for integration into hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical actuators as a feedback element for position or velocity. The system has an accuracy of ±5 µm and users can achieve full closed-loop control, significantly improving safety and performance. LinACE is a completely novel approach to linear position feedback which is designed and manufactured by Renishaw’s associate com...
Analog Devices Integrates Two Buck Regulators and Two LDOs in Smaller More Flexible Power Management ICs
Analog Devices, Inc. has introduced the ADP5034 regulator/LDO, a highly integrated power management IC that combines two 3-MHz, high efficiency, 1.2-A step down regulators with two 300-mA LDO (low drop out) regulators in a small LFCSP (lead-frame chip-scale) package.
ChipX has joined the CE-ATA Workgroup
ChipX Inc. has announced it has joined the CE-ATA Workgroup to expand its product offering with CE-ATA solutions. Consumer electronics and portable product developers are always trying to lower system footprint, improve power efficiency and integrate as much of their designs as possible into the smallest number of devices. Hard disk interfaces have not been designed for these applications and are neither small nor efficient.
