The new XC6505 series from Torex is a 10.5V LDO that combines the best of both worlds, being high speed (its PSRR is 60dB @1kHz) while consuming only 5.5µA. The XC6505 operates with input voltages from 1.7V to 10.5V over the extended -40~+105°C temperature range, can deliver output currents up to 200mA and is readily available with fixed output voltages from 1.5V to 8.0V in 0.1V increments.

Suitable for low voltage and battery-powered applications of between 2.5V and 5.5V, the devices can generate a high frequency output from an input as low as 8kHz by multiplying the input up to 4095 times.
