Inductors combine high current & low DC resistance
A series of power inductors combining excellent current handling and exceptionally low DC resistance has been launched by Coilcraft. The XFL6012 series are offered in a rugged, low-profile package measuring just 6.56x6.36mm with a maximum height of only 1.2mm.
The XFL6012 series provides exceptionally low DC resistance (7.06mΩ) and current ratings as high as 14.3A. The high-performance, molded parts are mechanically rugged and magnetically shielded, making them suitable in high density circuits. They are offered in five inductance values in the range of 0.18-1.0µH.
XFL6012 series power inductors feature RoHS compliant tin-silver over copper terminations and offer a maximum reflow temperature of 260°C. COTS Plus tin-lead terminations are also available. Parts are available from stock and can be ordered online.
