VCO features a typical phase noise of -115dBc/Hz at 10KHz
A VCO which operates at 3500MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3-4.9V has been introduced by Crystek. The CVCO55CCQ-3500-3500 features a typical phase noise of -115dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has outstanding linearity. Output power is typically +6dBm.
Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the VCO is packaged in the industry-standard 12.7x12.7mm SMD package. Input voltage is typically 5V, with a current consumption of 27mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 0.3MHz and 0.1MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -12dBc typical.
The CVCO55CCQ-3500-3500 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
