VCO's excellent linearity suits base stations & satcomms
Crystek has announced its CVCO55CC-3000-3000 VCO, which operates at 3000MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5-4.5V. With a typical phase noise of -110dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset, the VCO displays excellent linearity. Output power is typically +7.0dBm, input voltage is 8.0V, and typical current consumption is 35mA.
Pulling and pushing are minimised to 1.0MHz and 0.2MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -15dBc typical. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-3000-3000 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5x0.5" SMD package.
The CVCO55CC-3000-3000 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satcomms systems and base stations.
