VCO suits digital radio & satcomms applications
Crystek's CVCO55CC-3400-3400 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates at 3400MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3-4.9V. This VCO features a maximum phase noise of -112dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is +7.0dBm max. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-3400-3400 is packaged in the industry-standard 12.7mm2 SMD package.
Input voltage is 5V typ., with a max. current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimised to 0.3MHz and 0.1MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15dBc typical.
The CVCO55CC-3400-3400 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satcomms systems, and base stations.
