Crystek's CVCOT8BE-0800-1600 TO-8 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 800 MHz to 1600 MHz and provides high-performance frequency control in harsh, demanding environments. These VCOs feature a typical phase noise of -92 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and excellent linearity. Tuning sensitivity is rated at 79 MHz/V.
