MEMS-based programmable oscillators with sensational 600 fs of phase jitter and continuous frequency stability of ±10 ppm
MSC now offers the new Encore-based SiT820X family of MEMS-based programmable oscillators from SiTime. The SiT820X family features an unprecedented 600 femtoseconds (fs) of phase jitter in the critical range of 12 kHz to 20 MHz for SONET-applications and a continuous frequency stability of ±10 ppm from -40°C to +85°C.
As wThe SiT820X family comes with an array of programmable features, such as frequency, stability and supply voltage, and is suitable for use in telecom, networking, storage and wireless applications. According to customer request, devices of the SiT820X family, with over 200 derivatives, can be configured as drop in replacements for existing quartz and SAW oscillators and are available in industry standard 3225, 5032 and 7050 packages.
Customized samples of the MEMS-based programmable oscillators, available for both the commercial temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, can be shipped in three to five working days and production quantities in three to five weeks after receipt of the order.
