Linear VCO targets digital radio equipment
A VCO, which operates at 1690MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3-4.7V, has been introduced by Crystek. Featuring a typical phase noise of -120dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset, the CVCO55CC-1690-1690 provides outstanding linearity. Output power is typically +2.5dBm.
Input voltage is 5V, with a maximum current consumption of 25mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 1.0MHz and 0.5MHz/V, respectively, while second harmonic suppression is typically -15dBc.
Offered in an industry-standard 12.70x12.70mm SMD package, the CVCO55CC-1690-1690 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
