Three SBCs added to motherboard range
An extensive product portfolio of SBCs for embedded applications is on offer by BVM, with motherboards conforming to all standard sizes offering a range of computing power, power consumption, graphics performance, I/O capability, expansion options and price points. The latest additions are an initial selection of new boards in three form factors from Jetway. The NP59 is a Pico-ITX (100x72mm) based on the Intel Braswell N3160 clocked at 2.24GHz with 4GB of RAM and 2560x1600 at 60Hz DisplayPort graphics.
A SATAIII storage port, Gigabit LAN port, two USB 3.0 ports and a full size Mini-PCIe slot are standard. Optimised for fanless system use, the NF3A 3.5" (148x102mm) series features Intel Celeron N2930/N2807/Atom E3827 low power SoC Bay Trail processors at 1.83GHz with up to 8GB of RAM. Two displays are supported via DVI-I and 24 bit LVDS, there are a SATAII port, and an mSATA/Mini-PCIe shared slot, a half size PCIe slot, two Gigabit LAN ports and two USB 2.0 ports.
The most powerful unit of the three is the NF693, which uses the H110 chipset with Core i3, i5, i7 and Pentium Skylake processors in the LGA1151 socket and up to 32GB of RAM. Two displays, with a choice of HDMI 3840x2160 at 24Hz and DisplayPort and embedded DisplayPort 4096x2304 at 60Hz, are supported. Two SATAIII storage ports, a combined mPCIe/mSATA slot, a PCIe x16 slot two Gigabit LAN ports and four USB 3.0 ports are standard. All types have onboard HD audio.
The BVM SBC family will be further extended with new Jetway SBCs in the near future, expanding the range and feature set.
