Measuring just 8.2 x 2.7 x 6.2 mm these devices offer a maximum switching voltage of 30VDC and a maximum switched current between 300 and 500mADC, depending on model. With a mechanical life of over 50,000 operations, parts operate between -25 and +70degC.

The UMT 250 offers the highest protection currently available in primary protection SM fuses, touting a breaking capacity rating of 200 Amps at 250 VAC or 100 Amps at 125 VDC over a current range of 315 mA to 4 A.

Semtech has announced the SC457 and SC458 power supply controllers with digitally controlled output and fast transient performance for processors and graphics chips used in notebook computers. With a built-in 7-bit DAC, the output voltage of the SC457 and SC458 can be digitally programmed in 12.5 mV steps from 0.3V up to 1.5V for precision control over output voltages.
