STEMMER IMAGING’s popular Machine Vision Technology Forum has a two day format for 2017. Taking place on 15th and 16th November 2017 at the Silverstone Wing Exhibition and Conference Centre, the event now features a complete day dedicated to hands-on training. The second day is packed with a technical seminar programme, live product demonstrations and a new ‘Integrator Zone’ with real world application examples.

The first day of the format is limited to 50 people and allows attendees to choose between six European Imaging Academy Training courses, book in depth manufacturer meetings and product master class sessions. There will also be an Application Clinic for attendees to bring their own samples and book a session with the many vision experts on hand.

Mark Williamson, Director, Corporate Market Development at STEMMER IMAGING, said: “This is an exciting development for our event. The huge demand that we have had for hands-on sessions at our previous Vision Technology Forums and the training courses that we run throughout each year has highlighted the desire for people to be able to spend time with the equipment. The new first day of the Forum will provide delegates with in-depth training of their choice (worth £395) in an environment where they can get one-on-one advice and can proceed at their own pace. In order to ensure that everyone receives the level of personal attention that they need, we have limited the number of places on the first day to 50 people. We will, of course, continue to offer our traditional hands-on taster training sessions on the second day of the event.”

The charge for days one and two combined is £150, reduced to £120 for registrations made before 31st August 2017. This includes hotel accommodation on the night of 15th November, free return transport between the hotel and Silverstone, Gala dinner with entertainment, priority entrance to day two and complimentary lunch and refreshments on both days at the event.

Admission to day two only is completely free and also includes complimentary lunch and refreshments. The new Integrator Zone allows people access to real world application examples implemented by specialist vision systems integrators, alongside a technical seminar program of 40 presentations in six parallel tracks. There will also be an exhibition of leading machine vision suppliers, the majority of whom will not have exhibited previously in the UK in 2017.
