The 10th anniversary of Smart Systems Integration 2016

The lectures, selected by an expert committee, deal with innovations, applications and trends on the following topics with high actuality:

• System integration and packaging
• Test and reliability
• Smart medtech systems
• Hardware for the IoT
• Printed / stretchable and flexible electronics

The conference is organised in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Electronic Nano Systems ENAS, Chemnitz and EPoSS - The European Technology Platform on Smart Systems Integration, Berlin. The cooperation with both institutes ensures a consistently high quality of the presentations, as well as the focus on current topics and trends.

A particular highlight of the conference are the two special sessions by EPoSS on the first conference day. Participants of these two sessions that also can be attended by visitors free of charge, have the opportunity to inform themselves in detail about the topics Strategies and opportunities for smart systems research in Horizon2020 as well as Smart Systems Integration in the JTI ECSEL.

The participation of the poster sessions as well as the visit of the accompanying exhibition is free of charge.

Visitors thus have the chance to exchange know-how with the speakers on-site and to obtain information about the latest developments and products of the exhibiting companies.

The Wall of Fame of the previous Best Paper and Best Poster Award winners and the Job-Board are also part of the multi-faceted program of the anniversary event. This career-tool offers visitors and participants the opportunity to learn about current job offers of the exhibiting and cooperating companies and research institutions and to contact the potential employers directly on-site.
