Techcon Systems at SMTA Guadalajara 2015

The TS5624DMP valve enables difficult fluids and pre-mixed two-part epoxies to be dispensed without the need for frequent cleaning. The entire wetted area can simply be replaced in a matter of seconds, while the valve stays on the production line. The valve comes standard with a mounting bracket kit, valve air hose, luer lock fluid line, sample packet of DMP inserts and a dispensing tip selection pack. Typical applications include dispensing pre-mixed two-part epoxies and cyanoacrylate in bonding applications.

Also on display will be the TSR2201 Table Top Dispensing Robot, designed and configured specifically for fluid dispensing applications, Techcon Systems robots provide total control over fluid placement, from beads, arcs and circles to repeated timed dots. Programming is simple via teach pendant.

Finally, Techcon will exhibit the TS350 Digital Fluid Dispenser. The TS350 Series dispenses low, medium and high-viscosity fluids accurately and consistently. The TS350 Series is immediately usable anywhere in the world with its accompanying tools, accessories and universal power supply.

The TS350 Series is equipped with a digital timer, pressure and vacuum read-out on a large LCD screen. The user friendly firmware provides an option of programming up to 10 varied, sequenced or individual shots. These systems have a user programmable manual (purge) and automatic dispense cycle settings (program and time) and the they feature a ''Teach Mode'' for determining the dispensing time required with dispensing output is unknown.
