The system is designed specifically for precise fluid dispensing applications and is compatible with all valve types and controllers. Techcon Systems announced plans to exhibit in hall 9, booth 9606 at the Bondexpo, scheduled to take place Oct. 10-13, 2016 in Stuttgart, Germany. The company will showcase its new Custom Filling Service at the show. With the Custom Filling Service, Techcon offers repackaging services, which are customised and designed to meet the requirements of the individual dispensing application.

 Techcon Systems will launch its new TS9300HM Hot Melt Jet Valve at NEPCON China. The TS5624 Disposable Path Material Diaphragm Valve dispenses low to medium viscosity fluids over a wide range of shot and bead sizes, down to a fraction of a micro litre.

Techcon Systems has launched the TS9300HM Series PUR Hot Melt Jet valve and TS930 Controller. The valve and controller are specially designed for high-temperature operation. The TS9300HM Series features patented diaphragm technology and is easy-to-use and clean.

Techcon Systems, a product group of OK International, has announced the availability of a 1ml manual syringe assembly designated MSA401L-1. It consists of a barrel, a plunger and a piston all fully assembled without any lubrication.

Techcon Systems has  announced the reintroduction of the previously discontinued TS755SG Syringe Gun due to high demand from customers.The TS700 Series manual syringe gun is a lightweight, hand-held, manually operated dispenser designed for dispensing fluid from pre-filled syringes. Each gun is supplied with sample syringe, piston and tip cap.

Techcon Systems has developed a Disposable Material Path (DMP) diaphragm valve. The TS5624DMP valve features a ‘first to market’ disposable material path, enabling difficult fluids and pre-mixed two-part epoxies to be dispensed without the need for frequent cleaning. The entire wetted area can simply be replaced in a matter of seconds, while the valve stays on the production line.

Techcon Systems will exhibit in Booth I-41, Hall 1 at AUTOMATION 2015, scheduled to take place from 24th to 27th August 2015 at the Bombay Convention and Exhibition Center in Mumbai, India. Company representatives will showcase the TSR2000 bench top robot and the full Techcon range of fluid dispensing solutions.
