PCIM Europe 2015: Three electrifying days for power electronics
Until the 21st May 2015, experts from all fields of power electronics are getting together at PCIM Europe to jointly discuss the industry’s latest trends, developments and innovations. On an exhibition space of about 21,000m2, 416 exhibitors are presenting themselves as well as the their latest products to the highly qualified visitors.
Approximately 16% of the exhibitors are present at PCIM Europe for the first time. With a percentage of 51% foreign exhibitors from 28 countries, PCIM Europe 2015 again demonstrates its great international significance. Most strongly represented are China, the USA, Italy, the UK and France.
The conference, taking place in parallel to the exhibition, offers a comprehensive programme. In more than 250 lectures on new technological trends and developments, internationally recognised experts will provide an extensive overview of the current topics of the power electronics industry.
A particular highlight of the conference are the three keynotes The state-of-The-Art and Future Trend of Power Semiconductor Devices delivered by Tatsuhiko Fujihira, Fuji Electric, Japan, Packaging and Reliability of Power Modules – Principles, Achievements and Future Challenges by Uwe Scheuermann, Semikron Elektronik, Germany and Electrochemical Battery Managements and Applications by Daniel Chatroux, CEA-LITEN, France.
Besides the exhibition and conference, the visitors of PCIM Europe 2015 await a supporting programme of high quality. At the industry forum visitors can inform themselves about research and development topics at project presentations and panel discussions.
