Test systems ready to go on show in San Diego

Digitaltest is taking multiple new technologies associated with their Flying Probe, ICT and Software Products to the IPC Apex show in San Diego (Feb 24-26).  It will demonstrate significant new developments on the MTS 500 Condor system to include faster programming and improved measurement technologies, and updates to In-Circuit and Functional test systems.

It will also be showing the latest test program migration tools. These allow users to take GenRad, Teradyne, and Agilent program and fixtures across to Digitaltest’s MTS 300 or MTS 888 platforms.

The company will demonstrate itsQMAN (Quality Management Software). This is a powerful, easy to use, quality management software solution. With the collection of test and inspection results in a central relational database, all aspects of test (ICT, functional test and inspection processes), failure and measurement data can be used to assess the efficiency of the production process, predict process issues and create detailed diagnostic information.

The MTS 30, a Flexible Functional and Non-Multiplexed In-Circuit Test in a 19in. Rack Mount Solution will also be on parade. As a result of combining ICT, enhanced switching and, test capabilities, with full functional test in a compact rack mount platform, the Sparrow can meet challenging manufacturing and test requirements.
