Microchip Technology announces that registration is open for its European MASTERs Conference at HTW - Berlin, Germany. 

At this week’s VLSI 2015 Symposium in Kyoto (Japan), imec reported new results on nanowire FETs and quantum-well FinFETs towards post-FinFET multi-gate device solutions.

e2v has released extended reliability versions of Freescale’s T4 series of MPUs.
