Alphawave appoints Sameer Ladiwala

Ladiwala brings over 25 years of financial management experience, including more than a decade with public semiconductor IP and chip companies. Before joining Alphawave Semi, he served as CAO at Luminar Technologies, Arm, and Cypress Semiconductor, and was Assistant Corporate Controller at Intersil. Additionally, he worked extensively with semiconductor and technology-sector companies during his 12-year tenure at PwC.

During his career, Ladiwala has collaborated on due diligence, negotiation, and integration of M&A transactions ranging from $5 million to $10 billion, and participated in debt funding operations exceeding $2 billion. He also has significant expertise in accounting for complex transactions, including multi-element long-term subscription and IP licensing revenue agreements valued at over $1 billion.
