Bel Fuse has announced that it has entered into an agreement with EOS Power Panama to acquire substantially all of the issued and outstanding shares of EOS Power India Private. The agreement calls for the assumption of certain liabilities and is subject to closing working capital adjustments.

Astrodyne TDI has appointed Peter Raadsen as Vice President for Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA). He will be responsible for developing Astrodyne TDI’s overall strategy in the region, building the regional sales and engineering team while growing the company’s customer base across Europe.  

In keeping with a long-term succession plan, the previous CEO, Markus Dalla Monta, will retire as of July 2021, following a 35-year career at Traco Power. Stefan Schaffhauser will assume the CEO position with the beginning of the business year on April 1st, 2021. As of this date, he will lead the Traco Power Group together with the CFO, Adrian Berger.

Europlacer has appointed a veteran of the electronics industry to head up the company’s marketing, business development and communications strategy worldwide. Bringing substantial expertise from leadership roles in major corporations and mid-sized companies, François Erceau joined the Europlacer Executive Management Team in December 2020 as Group Strategic Direction and Marketing Officer.

PICMG, a not-for-profit 501(C) consortium of companies and organisations that collaboratively develop open specifications, held its bi-annual election for officers. The group elected four officers to lead the organisation through 2022.

The appointment of Dr Holden as the first Space Adviser for DSEI expands its growth as a truly multi-domain event across the aerospace, land, naval, and cyber domains.

Agilysys has announced the appointments of Ben Curtis as Managing Director, EMEA and Matthew Prosser as Senior Sales Director in EMEA. Curtis and Prosser are charged with accelerating Agilysys’ continued growth in the EMEA region.
