Powervation appoint new Vice President and CFO

Rick Santos has been appointed as the new Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Powervation. Santos has 20 years of corporate finance, M&A, and international financial management experience with both public and privately-held companies. As Vice President and CFO of Validity Sensors, Santos led the company through its successful acquisition by Synaptics Incorporated in November 2013. 

Santos has also held CFO and senior financial management positions at a variety of other technology companies, including, Intel, VxTel, Exar and Fundamental Software. After graduating from Humboldt State University with a BS degree in Accounting and Business Administration, Santos began his career in Silicon Valley with Deloitte & Touche.
