BTU will unveil a strategic upgrades program to allow existing customers to lower operating cost and increase productivity. Also in the booth, will be the award-winning PYRAMAX 125A. The PYRAMAX has long been the benchmark for performance and low Cost of Ownership in the SMT and semiconductor packaging industries. Additionally, the company announced the launch of a new reflow platform in 2013, the DYNAMO, specifically targeted for portable electronics applications.

“In 2013, we are focusing on maximizing customer value. We have always been focused on enabling our customers’ success and our new strategic upgrades program will not only save our customers money on an ongoing basis, but it can help them get more out of the installed base that they already have,” said Jim Griffin, vice president sales and service at BTU. “Our PYRAMAX family of reflow ovens has unparalleled performance and our new DYNAMO platform is focused on providing value and reliability for portable electronics manufacturers,” added Griffin.

The PYRAMAX 125A air model features a maximum temperature of 350°C and a comprehensive menu of options. PYRAMAX systems, featuring BTU’s exclusive closed-loop convection technology, provide optimized lead-free processing for the ultimate in productivity and efficiency. DYNAMO’s simplified configuration delivers 24/7, with high uptime and reduced cost of ownership. Both products are backed by BTU’s worldwide network of service and applications professionals.
