BTU International will highlight its TrueFlat reflow oven technology at SEMICON Taiwan in booth #M1039.

BTU International will exhibit at IMAPS Pasadena and will showcase its RecipePro recipe generator software, jointly developed with Electronic Controls Design Inc. (ECD), along with the latest version of the Energy Pilot software and Industry 4.0 compliant solutions.  

BTU International will exhibit with SMarTsol at the SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum (Oct 5-6). BTU will showcase its RecipePro recipe generator software on a PYRAMAX system. RecipePro has been jointly developed with Electronic Controls Design Inc. (ECD).

BTU International is to exhibit at NEPCON West China, scheduled to take place June 21-23, 2016, at the New International Convention & Exposition Center in Chengdu, China. BTU International has renewed its membership in the Advanced Research in Electronics Assembly (AREA) Consortium, established by Universal Instruments’ Advanced Process Laboratory (APL). APL currently houses a PYRAMAX 100N Reflow Oven with 400°C capability and will soon accept delivery of a PYRAMAX 125N Reflow Oven. The 125N features a 24" width process chamber enabling the processing of large boards for LED and other applications.

BTU International Inc has announced that Fred Dimock will present at the SMarTsol User Group/Workshop, scheduled to take place Feb 17-18 in Mexico. He will discuss reflow fundamentals, including profiling and process control.
