Blu Wireless awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Blu Wireless has announced it has received ISO 9001:2015 Certification, a globally recognised quality management system standard.
Recognising the standardised management practices that support the continuous improvement of quality and customer satisfaction, the certification demonstrates Blu Wireless’ commitment to delivering consistent, good-quality products and services.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and involvement of top management, a process driven approach and continual improvement.

It allows us to be on approved supplier lists, helps with customer assessments and opens doors and opportunities for us as a business, particularly in the public sector. By certifying to ISO 9001:2015, Blu Wireless joins more than a million companies worldwide who have improved their businesses through this quality management system.
Blu Wireless’ road to ISO certification has been several years in the making, developing processes and principles, identifying gaps in customer service, and embedding processes that offer customers the highest possible quality of service and optimum work. Assessed by BSI, the national standards body of the United Kingdom, ongoing there will be internal auditing and annual surveillance as well as the year-end re-certification audit by an accredited certification body.
