Servo amplifier JMM-500 - the electric drive for mobile machinery

The JMM-5000 servo amplifier enables a machine’s various drives to be electrified. This significantly increases both the efficiency of the machines and the overall process quality. The JMM-5000 servo amplifier from Jetter withstands the harsh everyday conditions: The devices are able to withstand large fluctuations in temperature, are highly waterproof and extremely resistant to shocks and vibrations. They can even be cleaned without problem using high-pressure cleaning equipment thanks to the ingress protection rating IP6K9K. They also have a compact construction due to the often limited space available. The JMM-5000 servo amplifier is available in various performance classes from five to eighty kilowatts and is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. Both asynchronous and synchronous motors can be operated on the JMM-5000 with or without a feedback unit.

JCM-521 - the flexible controller

The JCM-521 is a new, freely configurable and modular controller that has been specially designed for mobile applications. Customer-specific special solutions can be very easily implemented thanks to the modular construction. In particular, the system’s flexibility makes Jetter the perfect partner for mobile applications: The JCM-521 has a modular structure, can be scaled almost limitlessly and extensively configured. Apart from being equipped with powerful hardware, the controller can also be freely programmed in various languages and networked. The JCM-521 gives users a system that can be set up precisely to individual requirements.

Display JVM-104 – Practical application and efficiency combined

The JVM-104 display is noted for its compact, ergonomically designed and rugged construction. Thanks to the integrated controller and the system’s modular construction, it is also possible to achieve a high level of hardware requirements. The combination of standard, extremely powerful processor core and integrated controller makes it possible to control the entire machine via the HMI. This enables hardware costs to be saved elsewhere. The display has illuminated buttons and a light sensor to enable optimal operation at any time of day or night. Common interfaces ensure smooth communication with all connected components.
