The Newly Set Up Management Board
Another step within the process of restructuring the Ludwigsburg Jetter AG is reshaping the management board.
Jetter appoint Christian Benz as CEO
With effect from 1 January 2014, Christian Benz takes over the chair of the managing board of Jetter, replacing company founder Martin Jetter, who is moving to the supervisory board. The company has also revealed plans for Stefan Düring, head of Corporate Development, Bucher Industries (parent company of Jetter), to become a member of the supervisory board.
Jetter presents flexible mobile automation solutions
At Agritechnica, Jetter will be presenting new and improved products for harsh everyday use, from components to complete systems. As is usual at Jetter, the individual solutions can also be combined into systems - for the user, this means maximum system safety and efficiency of all the components used, whatever the individual requirements of the user. Visitors to the exhibition will find Jetter AG in Hall 17 at Stand A45.
Bucher Industries volunteers offer to acquire Jetter
Bucher Industries announces a voluntary takeover offer for the purchase of all shares in Jetter. Bucher Industries intends to make the shareholders of Jetter a voluntary, public takeover offer via a subsidiary for a price of EUR 7.00 per share. Bucher Industries has held a stake in Jetter since 2005, most recently to about 30%.
Controller for hydrostatic drives to be presented at bauma 2013
Jetter will present at the bauma in Munich the JXM-TX5, a versatile controller for mobile applications. The JXM-TX5 is a controller for hydrostatic drives and has been designed specifically for outdoor use. Among other things, it meets all requirements for use in harsh environments, such as vibration and shock resistance.
New Modular Mobile Controller

Latest version of ISO-Designer now enables simulation
The latest version of this design tool from Jetter AG makes it possible to simulate operating masks and events on the screen. Since the visualization designer cannot always access a piece of hardware in order to view and test the operating and soft key masks, the latest version 3.3 of the design tool for ISO-compliant masks - the ISO-Designer - now enables simulation directly on screen.
New HMI for low-cost applications
With the new JetView 1004 Jetter AG presents an HMI that is both cost-effective and technically sophisticated. Aside from its excellent performance, the device's appeal lies in its brilliant 4.3 inch color TFT display with LED technology. The resistive touchscreen boasts a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels and 64,000 colors.
SCADA-Tool JetViewSoft New Simulation and Integrated Alarm Handler Features
AG has in store the latest version 3.3 of the SCADA development tool JetViewSoft. As compared with the previous version, it comprises a large range of new and interesting features that help developing HMS even more efficiently, such as the PC simulation of an operating panel.
Jetter AG reports record sales
In the fiscal year 2011/12 (31 March), Jetter AG has recorded the highest turnover in its history, at Euro 44 Mio, a 31 % increase over the previous year (Euro 33.6 Mio). Strongly varying quarterly sales, implying preproduction in the respective preceding quarters, led to extremely volatile quarterly results.
Cooperation of the two automation solution specialists for greater customer benefit

Jetter leaves losses behind
Jetter AG, Ludwigsburg, has reached consolidated sales of 33.6 Mio. Euro in the fiscal year 2010/11 (previous year: 28.6 Mio. Euro) and an EBIT, burdened by special effects, of 0.12 Mio. Euro (previous year: -1.85 Mio. Euro) and has thus returned to the profit zone. The lastquarter has contributed sales of 9.8 Mio.Euro and a current result of 450 KEUR.
