To further support developers, Infineon has introduced new affordable development kits and free integrated development environments (IDEs), supported by comprehensive software tools, tutorials, and an extensive ecosystem.

These development kits, including the AURIX TC375 Lite, TRAVEO Lite, and PSOC HV MS kits, are designed to meet the requirements of modern embedded systems. Thanks to their affordable price, they are equally accessible to hobbyists, start-ups, and large companies.

Free IDEs such as AURIX Development Studio and ModusToolbox enable developers to focus on implementing their ideas instead of dealing with license costs, whether for automotive, industrial, or consumer applications.

Additionally, Infineon’s extensive ecosystem provides numerous resources, including tutorials, application notes, code examples, and community forums, providing developers with a platform to share knowledge and get support.

AURIX TC375 lite kit: Powering high-performance applications

The AURIX TC375 lite kit is designed for high-performance applications such as automotive, industrial automation, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Based on the AURIX TC3xx family, it provides a robust platform to leverage the power of Infineon's 32-bit TriCore™ microcontroller architecture. The kit is supported by the AURIX Development Studio (ADS), a free IDE tailored specifically for AURIX microcontrollers. ADS provides an intuitive interface, powerful debugging tools, and a comprehensive set of software libraries to accelerate development.

TRAVEO lite kit: Simplifying automotive and industrial designs

The TRAVEO lite kit is based on the TRAVEO T2G microcontroller family and is ideal for automotive body electronics, industrial control systems, and graphical user interfaces. The kit combines high performance with low-power consumption, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is fully supported by ModusToolbox, Infineon’s free Eclipse-based development environment that simplifies the design process with its modular architecture and comprehensive library support. ModusToolbox also integrates seamlessly with Infineon's software tool ecosystem, including the TRAVEO T2G Configurator and the TRAVEO T2G Graphics Driver Library, enabling developers to create sophisticated applications with minimal effort.

PSOC HV MS lite kit: High-Voltage Mixed-Signal Innovation

Designed for applications requiring high-voltage analog and digital integration, the PSOC High-Voltage Mixed-Signal (HV MS) family is ideal for several automotive HMI, body, and power-train applications, power supply, and industrial automation systems. Featuring programmable analog and digital blocks, the microcontroller family enables to create highly customized and efficient solutions. The series is fully supported by ModusToolbox, which provides a seamless experience for designing and debugging PSOC HV MS applications.
