Reduce power loss with Vishay's new TMBS rectifiers

Vishay introduce new -40 V and -30 V MOSFETs in PowerPAK Packages

Vishay have introduced new -40 V and -30 V TrenchFET Gen III p-channel power MOSFETs. Available in the PowerPAK 1212-8 and PowerPAK 1212-8S packages, the new devices feature industry-low on-resistance at -10 V and -4.5 V gate drives. The Vishay Siliconix SiS443DN is the first -40 V p-channel Gen III device, while the SiSS27DN is the first -30 V MOSFET in the PowerPAK 1212-8S package.

Vishay Intertechnology have introduced a series of QPL MIL-PRF-55342-qualified surface-mount chip resistors that provides established reliability with an “R” level failure rate of 0.01 % per 1000 hours. Vishay Intertechnology Expands Its 650 V N-Channel Power MOSFET Series With 23 New Devices

Vishay Intertechnology today added additional 650 V power MOSFETs to its E Series family of devices. These 22 new devices in eight different packages offer an extended on-resistance range from 30 mΩ to 600 mΩ at 10 V and broaden the series' maximum current ratings from 6 A to 105 A.
