The AMC541 couples Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+ XCZU19EG MPSoC FPGA with the TCI6638K2K communications KeyStone SoC to provide a high performance wireless infrastructure module. Zynq Ultrascale+ XCZU19EG MPSoC FPGA includes embedded Quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 application processing unit, Dualcore ARM Cortex-R5 real-time processing unit, ARM Mali - MP2 GPU.

VadaTech announces a compact MTCA.4 chassis
VadaTech has announced the VT817 and VT819 chassis. The VT817 is a convenient low-cost MicroTCA.4 PCIe Gen3 Expansion solution, providing a flexible and effective method of incorporating MTCA.4 acquisition and control hardware into a PC processing environment. The shelf offers two AMC slots and an integrated MCH. The front panel ports accept PCIe Gen3 inputs from VadaTech’s PCI123 PCIe Gen3 board.

VadaTech has announced the AMC580. The AMC580 is an AMC FPGA Carrier with Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ (XCZU19EG) FPGA and dual FMC (VITA-57) sites. The module supports flexible clocking with on-board jitter cleaner, and the FPGA connects to DP0-9 and all FMC LA/HA/HB pairs on both FMC sites. The FPGA has an interface to a single DDR4 memory channel (64-bit wide with ECC) which allows for large buffer sizes to be stored during processing.

VadaTech has announced two new ATCA 40GbE Switches (ATC804 and ATC803) based on the Broadcom Trident 2+ switch with an aggregate switching throughput of 1.2 TBit. The ATC804 switch has a simplified architecture, combining the base and fabric switches into a single switch with VLAN separation, thus improving reliability and reducing complexity of the solution. The switch provides dual 100GbE high speed ports, 16 SFP+ and 8 RJ45 ports.

This AdvancedMC (AMC) single-module design encodes full HD to H.264, MPEG-4 and H.263 with throughput up to 1,920x1,088 at 60 frames per second in a compact multi-channel unit. The MPEG4-SP encoder is compatible with the ISO/IEC 14496-2 specification.
