Motorman hybrid connectors now available with secondary locking

TE Connectivity has extended its range of Motorman hybrid connectors for decentralised servo motors and servo drives, with a “Shroud” version that includes secondary locking for improved security. There is also a new cable crimped version available for cabinet applications. Motorman hybrid connectors integrate communication, signal and power transmission of locally controlled motors within a compact rectangular connector.

SOLARLOK PV edge junction box suits application in solar panels

TE Connectivity has introduced the SOLARLOK PV Edge, a junction box designed for bifacial and half-cut solar panel applications. This junction box has several advantages over centralised junction boxes, such as enabling savings in cross-connect foil material usage, in labor involved in routing the foils, and in installation time. Shorter cross-connect foils and reduced dimensions of the junction box also increase the efficiency of the panels.

Mini FASTON receptacle for space constrained applications

TE Connectivity has introduced its low insertion force 250 series miniature FASTON receptacle terminal. This straight quick connect crimp receptacle is about 23% shorter than full size 250 series FASTON receptacles, permitting its use in applications such as power tools and small appliances, where there is very limited space for electrical connections.
