Multichannel RF transceiver reference design for radar and electronic warfare applications
This reference design, an 8-channel analog front end (AFE), is demonstrated using two AFE7444 4-channel RF transceivers and a LMK04828-LMX2594 based clocking subsystem which can enable designs to scale to 16 or more channels. Each AFE channel consists of a 14-bit, 9-GSPS DAC and a 3-GSPS ADC that is synchronized to less than 10ps skew with > 75-dB dynamic range at 2.6 GHz.
Wide-bandwidth, 2.3-nV/√Hz, high-input impedance JFET buffer
The BUF802 device is an open-loop, unity gain buffer with a JFET-input stage that offers low-noise, high-impedance buffering for data acquisition system (DAQ) front-ends. The BUF802 supports DC to 3.1 GHz of bandwidth while offering excellent distortion and noise performance across the frequency range.
Daisy-chained power and data over single pair Ethernet (T1) reference design
The TIDA-010076 shows the transfer of 220-W power and 100-Mbit/s data over SPE. Communication systems in daisy-chain topology need significantly less hardware and wiring than conventional systems in star-topology. When combined with single-pair Ethernet (SPE, 100BASE-T1) and power over data line, the design gets simplified with fewer wires. Power and data travel over only two wires from node to node.
