Tektronix has received certification to provide ISTA 6-Amazon.com package testing for products being sold on Amazon.com. Protocol decode, triggering and analysis support for the MIPI Alliance’s System Power Management Interface (SPMI) has been announced by Tektronix for its 5 and 6 Series MSO mixed signal oscilloscopes. The software option takes advantage of the oscilloscopes touch-based setup, 15.6in. HD display for showing multiple buses and low-noise power rail voltages.

It has been announced Tektronix, that they are adding IQFlow functionality to their RSA7100A wideband signal analysis solution. This enhancement delivers the speed and flexibility needed to perform real time digital signal processing (DSP) and support hardware in the loop (HWIL or HIL) test for radar and electronic warfare (EW) systems.

A single carrier wireless link travelling at a 100 Gb/s data rate has been demonstrated by Tektronix and IEMN, a major French research laboratory. This demonstration uses advanced data coding, THz photonics and wideband and linear devices to enable ultra-fast wireless connections in the 252 - 325GHz band per the recently published IEEE 802.15.3d standard.

The Keithley Model 2606B System SourceMeter from Tektronix is an instrument that packs four 20W SMU channels into a single 1U form factor chassis. Targeting the growing 3D sensing manufacturing industry, the rackspace-saving Model 2606B combines a precision power supply, true current source, 6½-digit DMM, arbitrary waveform generator, and pulse generator into one instrument.

A 6½-digit Bench/System Digital Multimeter, the Keithley DMM6500, and DAQ6510 Data Acquisition and Logging Multimeter System have been launched by Tektronix These new instruments combine the simplicity of a “pinch and zoom” touchscreen interface for easy and faster test setup and at-a-glance monitoring and display with the power of 15 different measurement functions, wide measurement ranges and multichannel measurements.

Solutions that enable the delivery of content quality, signal integrity and regulatory compliance will be demonstrated by Tektronix at the NAB Show in Las Vegas (April 9-12). As the industry transitions to next generation networks, workflows and delivery mechanisms, Tektronix is stepping up with hybrid IP and SDI media analysis solutions, 4K/UHD with HDR video monitoring solutions and quality assurance in virtual and cloud environments.

A 56GBd 400G PAM4 optical probe has been introduced for use with the Tektronix DPO70000SX Series real-time oscilloscopes. The 59 GHz DPO7OE2 single mode optical probe delivers the performance and advanced debug capabilities designers need to troubleshoot 400G PAM4 components and reduce time to market.
