Memory Protection Devices has introduced its latest part, BH123A, an ultra low profile battery holder for '123A' batteries. Since the battery is flush with the PCB’s surface, it adds no height to a CR123A cell when mounted on a printed circuit board. Use multiple holders, wired thru the PCB for serial or parallel connectivity options. 

  Part number 'BU1632-JJ-1-G' holds a single CR1632 lithium battery. Built with reliability as the first ideal, it’s designed to meet the stresses of hand held portable applications. A heavy duty plastic body and robust battery contacts meet those requirements for typical medical or consumer type products.

  Memory Protection Devices has expanded its selection of available AAAA battery contacts. Newly released is AAAA battery contact part number BK-6223-TR. It is designed to be surface mounted on a PCB and to meet the application demands of portable equipment. It is a phosphor bronze contact, is ultra-light weight and features improved strength characteristics.

  The release of the new and improved Battery Holders catalogue has been announced by Memory Protection Devices, Inc. (MPD). It has been completely redesigned from the bottom up, and now users can quickly find the right battery holders for their projects.

MPD has today announced the introduction of another new CR2016 low profile coin cell battery holder. MPD introduces two new battery holders which accept 3.7 volt Lithium Ion 18650 rechargeable batteries with PCM. The holder also accepts two CR2/3A lithium batteries in series connection for 6 volts output. The model numbers for the holders are BH-18650-W and BH-18650-PC. These are designed for use in consumer, industrial and communication products where durability is of paramount importance.

MPD is introducing P/N’s BV-1632 & BV-1632-G, two lithium vertical battery holders for CR1632, BR1632 or DL1632 size batteries. These arms make it very easy to insert and remove a AA battery because of the excellent access afforded.
