Anglia Components has been appointed as a UK and Ireland distributor for the passive component range of Samsung Electro Mechanics (SEM). Under the agreement, Anglia will have access to the full range of SEM passive components. In addition it will fully support SEM EMC control devices, chip resistors, crystal devices, Tantalum and X2Y Capacitors and chip inductors.

Anglia Components has signed up as a UK and Ireland distributor for Roxburgh, Deltron Enclosures and Deltron Connectors. The three brands are manufactured by DEM Manufacturing, a UK manufacturer of EMC filters, connectors and enclosures. All three brands will be supported by an extensive stock profile held at Anglia's UK warehouse.

Anglia Components Ltd, announced that Steve Rawlins, CEO has signed an acquisition agreement with Bill Ingram, the President and majority shareholder, giving him full rights to buy all the Company’s shares not presently in his hands.
