Device delivers -156-dBFS noise floor over wide input range

A 16-bit, 310-MSPS dual A/D converter, designated the AD9652, has been launched by Analog Devices. The device has been designed to support demanding high-speed signal processing applications that require exceptional linearity and noise performance over a wide input frequency range. The AD9652 can digitize up to 155 MHz of signal bandwidth and provides an analog input bandwidth of 650 MHz.

Quad-channel clock translator synchronises SONET/SDH

PCIM 2014: Jitter clean-up and synchronisation for systems, including synchronous optical networks is provided with the AD9554 multi-service adaptive quad-channel clock translator with clock multiplier from Analog Devices. An embedded cross-point switch at the input is more flexible, says the company, and has a lower cost of ownership, compared with maintaining different clocking configurations of multiple parts.

SigmaDSP processor improves audio performance

Adding an audio-centric device to the company's SigmaDSP processor line, the ADAU1452 from Analog Devices greatly exceeds the signal processing capabilities of earlier SigmaDSP devices. HDMI transceivers distribute HD audio & video

Enabling the distribution of HD audio and video content across a range of systems, three HDMI crosspoint transceivers were unveiled by ADI at the 2014 CES. The ADV7625 and ADV7626 crosspoint transceivers include up to five HDMI inputs and up to two HDMI outputs and support full audio extraction and insertion (SPDIF and 8-channel I2S audio) for each video channel.
