The TS250 Series is an entry-level digital dispenser that dispenses low, medium and high-viscosity fluids accurately and consistently. The TS700 Series Manual Syringe Gun is a lightweight barrel applicator gun that provides excellent control for medium/high viscosity products. The TS700 Series is an easy-to-use, non-drip technology that leaves no mess behind after use.



The TS700 Series Manual Syringes are assemblies that provide simple and quick dispensing solutions without the need for compressed air. Molded from Polypropylene resin, manual plungers are compatible with a wide range of dispensing fluids. Pistons are made from thermoplastic rubber and are available dry or with lubrication. The manual plungers and pistons are available in 4 sizes: 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and are conveniently packaged in boxes of 50 pcs.

Techcon Systems’ plastic adhesive tools are ideal for smoothing sealants and adhesives for many Aerospace applications. With the sealant scrapers manufactured from Celcon®, and spatulas from glass filled Nylon, these unique tools guarantee not to damage delicate substrates found in the Aerospace industry.



The Scraper TS1275-4 features a convenient 0.75” (19mm) working area and is used to scrape sealant off areas requiring rework or tidy-up. Such areas include the exterior pressurized fuselage skin: Lap Joints, Butt Joints, All other areas (i.e. antenna cutouts, wing to body fairings, around window forgings, etc). For user comfort, the scraper side edges have been smoothed off. A hanging-hole, at the handle end, ensures the scraper can be stored away when not in use.



The Spatulas TS1275-KP (Kit) are available individually, or in a 3-piece kit. These spatulas can be used for a wide range of tasks, including the smoothing and scraping of adhesive and the mixing of multi-component adhesives. Manufactured from glass-filled Nylon ensures that no damage will occur to the area being worked on. Each end of the spatula is equipped with a molded head so that a variety of applications can be performed without the need to change the tool frequently.



Techkits from Techcon are a compact and simple method of packaging two or three component resin systems into a 2 1/2, 6, 8, 12, 20 ounce or 1/10 gallon cartridge. The kit mechanically separates the base and hardener until they are ready to be used. An internal mixing head provides a thorough blend for all types of compounds. When the mixing is finished, the cartridge is placed into one of Techcon’s application guns. When the job has been completed, the entire package is disposed of: no clean up or physical contact with the resin. Cost savings are achieved by reducing labour and material waste. Reliability is increased with accurate compound ratios, complete mixing and proper application techniques.
