Master Bond has published an easy to read, 28 page catalogue which details the performance and processing data of its range of epoxies, silicones, UV curing compounds and speciality systems for the aerospace industry.

Commonly used for structural bonding, sealing and gap filling, these products are claimed to ensure reliability in the assembly of aircraft structures, components, interiors and MRO applications. The potting/encapsulation compounds and conformal coatings are also often utilised to protect sensitive electronic parts against extreme conditions.

The adhesives, sealants and coatings feature toughness, high temperature resistance, cryogenic serviceability, thermal/electrical conductivity and excellent bond strength to similar and also dissimilar substrates. Specific grades are available which meet NASA low outgassing specifications, are halogen free and UL 94V-0 rated for flame retardancy.

This catalogue is available now for download in PDF format from the Master Bond website. Print copies can also be requested.
