6G communications: The trillion dollar battle commences

5G communications has come to a phone near you and 6G communications received strong investment in 2020 as we move to its standards, specification and substantial rollout in 2030.

However, this time will be different because the objective is far more heroic. By continuing the trend to higher frequency but also rethinking the whole concept, 6G will intimately involve positioning, sensing, edge computing, 'instant' highest definition video and more.

The benefits promise to be huge, including accommodation of unpowered devices and availability in the air and under water. However, this time, much new hardware is essential and most of that has yet to be developed so this webinar looks at the hardware aspects after introducing the whole subject.
