Testing time for Marvin at productronica
Marvin Test Solutions is co-exhibiting with its distributor LXinstruments at Productronica 2015 held in Munich on November 10-13.
On display will be the GX5296 digital subsystem which offers the highest performance PXI digital test capability in the industry as well as the TS-700 functional test system and the TS-960 semiconductor test system. PXI and ATE software products will include ATEasy 9 for high performance functional test applications
