HARMAN brings its engineering excellence to the new Ferrari F12berlinetta which features an all-new Harman-designed and -built infotainment platform and JBL professional premium sound system. Ferrari unveils the new two-seat super car at the Geneva Motor Show and together with HARMAN will highlight the thrilling combination of speed, sound and safety. An integrated cluster display bears a new user interface specially designed with Ferrari. The HARMAN infotainment system gives you complete access and control to entertainment, navigation and communications. The core features are Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB), “speech-to-text and text-to-speech options for SMS”.
Hands-free infotainment lets you keep both eyes on the street and both hands on the wheel. Both the driver and passenger can control the integrated audio, navigation and communication system. Advanced navigation options and real-time connectivity all help to increase ease-of-use. Hands-free calling and SMS make the Ferrari F12berlinetta a natural extension of the office. The Harman infotainment system onboard the Ferrari F12berlinetta also enhances the music and audio experience through features such as Bluetooth-streaming via A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) and support for Digital Audio Broadcasting.

The JBL Professional premium sound system takes sound performance to a level never-before attained. Innovative QuantumLogic surround sound technology transforms any stereo or multi-channel audio source into an astounding 7.1 channel surround sound experience. The premium-branded audio system offers unparalleled listening enjoyment, with a dynamic, accurate spatial quality even at full speed.

A total of 12 speakers and a 1280-watt, JBL Professional Class-D high-performance amplifier provide the Ferrari F12berlinetta with rich and powerful sound levels with excellent dynamics. Individual audio components are honed to the nearest millimetre through computerised simulations before being seamlessly integrated into the car’s instrument panel and doors.
