Agilent Technologies' Mobile Modular Instruments Selected by Seattle University
Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced that its high-performance mobile modular instruments have been selected by Seattle University for its College of Science and Engineering Circuits and Systems' lab upgrade. This decision further strengthens Agilent's work with the university and position as a leading technology partner to academia.
The There can be challenges to doing such a customized system in this environment and no laboratory in the country has done this before, said Gary Fernandes, Seattle University laboratory manager. When we are pushing for something we can truly call 'new', choosing Agilent's scope was an easy decision for faculty and staff. The performance and durability make the product stand out and we have not seen an Agilent scope fail, even with inexperience and misuse.
Agilent is delighted to be working with Seattle University as part of the School's revolutionary transformation of its laboratory, said Bill Wallace, Americas region director of university development, This novel and innovate lab setup is another illustration of how Agilent's modular instruments are used in teaching labs.
